Snow Day!!!!

It has snowed alllll day today! :D I left in the morning to go to work and I didn't make past a few streets because my car had barely any traction. It was kind of scary because that is the first time that happens to me. I turned right back around and went home. Luckily I just connect to my work network and was able to work.

My pups were so happy to have me home with them! Einstein enjoyed playing in the snow while Zally and Jolle just wanted to stay wrapped up in their blankets.

Okay okay so we didn't get 2 feet of snow but I did get about 4 inches. Above is still fairly early and you can see the roads kind of.

Below is my car at around 5:30pm. You can see how much snow it has on top!

It was hard to tell but the snowed reached to about my ankles in most spots. I brought my dogs out to see what they would do since they have never been in this much snow before. Here is what I was able to capture:

 My poor little baby when she just throws herself on the ground in the end. I quickly picked her up and brought her inside. I need to get her and Jollee little snow shoes so their little feet don't get so cold.

Okay so if you watched the second video you can hear me gasping and the video cuts off. That was my reaction to seeing snow flakes for the first time! I had always looked for them when it snowed but never actually saw them. Would never see beautiful designs so I thought people were just full of it. But NO, THEY ARE REAL!!!! And soooo beautiful. I was able to take pictures of some that had fallen on my gloves.

Nature is so beautiful! I was like a little kid looking at the beautiful snow flakes in my hands!

Anyway, I next went inside and brought Jollee out so she could use the bathroom. Let's just say she hates snow lol

The snow was all powdery and awesome... perfect for a snow fight! XP I hope next time my fiancée is around so we can have a mini war! I also wanted to make a snow angel since I have never done one before but I will wait to make one with him. He is in Puerto Rico right now and has been enjoy a week long vacation with his family! So while I send him pictures of snow he send me pictures of paradise! hehehe..I miss him and love him a lot. I know he is having a good time. Meantime, I am enjoying my snow!
